Compare altcoin prices with Bitcoin and their historical outcomes

BTC Radar is a free research tool for the 20 highest volume altcoins on Binance Spot USDT markets. It ranks each coin's current price position relative to Bitcoin on a 0–100 percentile scale and shows what happened after similar conditions in the past.

What does the relative price percentile mean?

For each date, we divide the BTC/USDT price by the altcoin/USDT price and compare today's ratio with up to 365 daily observations. A 95th percentile means the ratio exceeds roughly 95% of those past observations. It does not mean a 95% chance of a price increase.

How is 30-day excess return calculated?

We find past observations within five percentile points of today's value. We divide the altcoin's subsequent 30-day growth factor by BTC's growth factor over the same period. The dashboard reports the median after a 0.10% cost allowance and the fraction of positive observations. Seven and 14-day horizons are also available.

When does a strong candidate appear?

Five conditions must hold: percentile at least 95; 30-day historical median excess return at least 2%; historical win rate at least 60%; at least 15 observations; and a positive seven-day rebound relative to BTC. The opportunity score is a ranking heuristic, not a prediction or a guarantee.

What are the limitations?

The tool selects today's top 20 markets by quote volume and uses up to 760 daily candles per coin. Listing history, overlapping observations, shifting market conditions and real trading costs can make future results very different. A coin can beat BTC and still lose value in USDT.
